Flowgrammer's manifesto

My fans call me The Flowgrammer. government name is Max Tkacz. I love building stuff with 'puters. Been doing it since I was 12.

6 years ago I joined a company called n8n as founding designer. ~4 years I built that awesome automation tool, and 2 years focused on growing it by having a blast telling stories on YouTube. We had fun.

Whilst there, I validated a hypothesis:

unscripted content + niche interest = megalove

My niche interest is builders and tinkerers, it's who I am. From programmers, to flowgrammers, to semi-technical but scrappy folks. People who feel good after building the solution to a thing. So I'm going to make unscripted content for that person.

Why? Because it's really fun to come up with and produce challenges, gameshows, and reality. Plus, I somehow convinced serious adults to give me 255k and put in 40k of my own.

My goal is to produce a hit series. We'll keep going until we run out of money or succeed.

To achieve this vision, I've founded Flowgramming Studios and signed a 5 year lease in Berlin for a 357m2 industrial hall from which to build out soundstage(s), office, ballpit, späti, and other shenanigans.
